Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting the company's jewelry products and attracting potential customers through social media, e-commerce platforms and other channels.
Deeply understand customer needs, provide professional product consultation and recommendations, and facilitate sales transactions.
Maintain good customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer feedback, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends, participate in formulating online sales strategies, and optimize product display and marketing plans.
Assist the team to achieve sales goals and continuously improve individual and team sales performance.

job requirements:
Education requirements: Completion of Form 5 (HKCEE) before 2012 or Form 6 (HKDSE) after 2012, or equivalent academic certificate; those with higher academic qualifications will be given priority.
Work experience: No specific industry work experience is required. Fresh graduates and outstanding talents interested in the jewelry e-commerce industry are welcome to join; those with sales, customer service or retail experience will be given priority.
Skill requirements: Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be proficient in using the Internet and office software; candidates with certain interest or basic knowledge in the jewelry industry will be given priority.
Language ability: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good English reading and writing skills will be a bonus.
Personal qualities: proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and ability to withstand pressure.

崗位職責 :
負責推廣公司珠寶產品,利用社交媒體、電商平台等管道吸引潛在客戶。
深入瞭解客戶需求,提供專業的產品諮詢與推薦,促成銷售成交。
維護良好的客戶關係,定期跟進客戶回饋,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度。
分析市場趨勢,參與制定網路銷售策略,優化產品展示與行銷方案。
協助團隊完成銷售目標,持續提升個人及團隊的銷售業績。

任職要求 :
學歷要求:2012年前完成中五程度(HKCEE)或2012年後完成中六程度(HKDSE),或持有同等學歷證書;擁有更高學歷者優先考慮。
工作經驗:無需特定行業工作經驗,歡迎應屆畢業生及有志於珠寶電商行業的優秀人才加入;具備銷售、客戶服務或零售經驗者優先考慮。
技能要求:具備良好的溝通能力和客戶服務意識,能夠熟練使用互聯網及辦公軟體;對珠寶行業有一定興趣或基礎知識者優先。
語言能力:流利的粵語及普通話,良好的英語讀寫能力將作為加分項。
個人品質:積極主動,責任心強,具備良好的團隊合作精神和抗壓能力。

薪酬福利 :
薪金及佣金:可達40,000元,見面詳談。
