Responsibilities
Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
Perform server upgrade, patching and administration
Perform system administration and monitoring of information systems, including Microsoft AD, Exchange email, VM platform, and endpoint systems.
Providing operations support, IT audit support, maintaining IT documentations, operation procedures and guidelines
Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine applicability to resolve business challenges
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in implementing and supporting large-scale IT infrastructure and networks
Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, WSUS / SCCM
Strong infrastructure skills in server, SAN, Windows, VMWare, SSLVPN and Veeam
Experience in M365, Intune, Share Point, Power BI, Power Automation
Experience in the administration of Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Alibaba Cloud
Excellent collaboration skills
