Job Overview
This position manages the IT department, developing and implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and coordinate with technical staff and vendors for timely, cost-effective solutions.
Lead the lifecycle management of hotel application systems, including planning, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Stay updated on technology trends and assess their relevance for new initiatives.
Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout.
Collaborate with Security, Audit, and Operations teams for proper measures.
Design systems that are secure, reliable, scalable, compliant, and efficient.
Work with external vendors to manage contracts, service levels, and system integrations.
Requirements
7-8 years of IT applications management experience in leading or supporting large-scale systems, preferably in hospitality or international B2C industries.
Consideration for manager or senior manager roles based on experience and expertise.
University degree in Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in leading IT initiatives in complex environments, and managing key stakeholders and vendors.
Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
A team player and self-starter who is resourceful, energetic, confident, and guest-focused.

Preferable to have:
Experience in technical roles in application development management, IT networking/infrastructure, and security/change management principles.
Proficiency in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Ali Cloud, and cloud application deployment.
Ability to communicate effectively with management in non-technical terms.
