Job Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all hardware, software, and network systems.
Identify, evaluate, and deploy new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data and IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related queries and issues within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet their technical needs.
Must possess strong stress resistance and the ability to work independently, handle emergency tasks, and complete other assignments assigned by the leadership.
Server and Network Equipment Operation and Maintenance
Familiar with network infrastructure, including but not limited to switches, routers, and firewalls. Understand basic concepts of network security.
Proficient in the operation and maintenance of network devices, including but not limited to the configuration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of switches, routers, wireless controllers, access points, and firewalls.
Experience with operating virtualization platforms (such as VMware, Hyper-V) and managing virtual machines and resource allocation.
Able to prioritize tasks, manage and handle tasks reasonably, and ensure the stability and availability of key systems. Allocate time and resources based on urgency and importance.
Meeting Room and Conference Service Support
Familiar with meeting room equipment, including but not limited to projectors, TV equipment, and audio systems. Able to set up and maintain meeting room equipment, including but not limited to screen projection, video, and audio settings. Capable of independently resolving meeting room technical issues, including but not limited to projection problems and audio issues.
Desktop/Mobile Device Support
Familiar with common operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS. Able to install and maintain users' desktop (PC/Mac) and mobile devices (i Phone/i Pad), including but not limited to operating systems, application systems, and network settings. Capable of independently solving hardware and software problems for users' desktop (PC/Mac) and mobile devices (i Phone/i Pad).
Able to handle user issues and provide technical support in various areas, including O365, Windows operating systems, Mac platforms, Android and i Phone mobile devices, printers, phone systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
Qualifications
Higher Diploma/Associate degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as Windows 11/10, M365 products, Active Directory, and SCCM.
Skilled in audio-visual systems and unified communication equipment for meeting rooms.
Proactive, meticulous, and responsible. Ability to summarize and analyze problems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, independent work ability, and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to proactively identify and solve problems, with upward management skills.
Must have a permanent residence in Hong Kong.
