Position: IT Project Assistant Manager / Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress to ensure timely completion
• Gain a thorough understanding of our systems and operations
• Collaborate with vendors to develop and enhance systems
• Address system development issues in coordination with headquarters
• Automate tasks using relevant tools and scripts
• Validate, test, and deploy programs and systems
• Prepare technical documentation for reports and future reference
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise core system development
• Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese
• Ability to create detailed specifications for programmers
• Strong knowledge of algorithms for enterprise core systems
• Experience with programming languages such as C, SQL, JAVA, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with system vendors and project teams
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful with strong troubleshooting abilities

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of IT Project Supervisor.
