Forwarder in both air and sea freight

We are looking for Japanese speaking Asst Sales Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :
Explore new business opportunities & cultivate relationship with potential customers

Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve Company KPI

Research updated market trend, competitors activities and customer needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded

Prepare sales profile, proposales, quotations and negotiations to secure new business and maintain client relationships

Prepare monthly sales reports and budget to senior management

Diploma holder or above

Studies in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business is a plus

3+ years sales in freight forwarders / logistics service providers

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese

Occassional China trip
