Job Requirements:
Holder of Higher Diploma in Japanese Studies or Degree holder;
Fluent in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1), English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
Working experience in relevant field will be an advantage
Fresh graduates are also be welcomed
Excellent telephone manner, communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, patient, and good interpersonal skills, well organized
Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Preform a full range of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong and offshore companies;
Prepare and arrange for statutory filings;
Maintain and update statutory records, database and filing systems;
Maintain business relationship with new and existing clients, especially for Japanese clients
Handle ad-hoc assignments
