Junior Consultant - Workday

Job Summary:
The Junior Workday Consultant is responsible for supporting the functional, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the company's Workday human capital management system. This role will work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure the system is set up and optimized to meet the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the configuration and testing of Workday modules such as Core, Benefits, Talent, and Absence
Troubleshoot issues and provide support to end-users on Workday functionality
Collaborate with team members and HR to gather and document requirements for new Workday processes and enhancements
Support the execution of Workday system updates, patches, and releases
Help maintain Workday security, roles, and permissions
Participate in the planning and execution of Workday projects and initiatives
Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday capabilities and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or a related field
1-2 years of experience working with Workday
Understanding of Workday modules and business processes
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
