Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain the Proprietary Financial Management System, HR Management System, Operation Flow, and associated subsystems.
Expand the back office application to enhance the business flow
Automate workflows , including invoicing, claims processing, and staff benefits tracking, integrating them with existing systems to minimize errors.
Improve user experience across all applications.
Provide timely support during critical periods, such as monthly and annual financial reporting and staff compensation audits.
Collaborate with senior team members to investigate the latest technologies and industry best practices,

Requirements:
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Have 1-3 years of relevant development experience.
Write clean, efficient code in C#.
Capable of developing enterprise-level applications that emphasize extensibility, maintainability, and reliability.
Knowledgeable in networking, CPU and memory architecture, GUI development, or database optimization.
