JUNIOR SECRETARY
Location: Central, Hong Kong
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 14:00-18:00
Salary: $10,000-$12,000 (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Secretary to join our company on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

• Manage correspondence and phone calls
• Prepare and organise documents
• Assist with basic office tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Photoshop knowledge
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Previous secretarial experience is a plus
