ALBA Integrated Waste Solutions (Hong Kong) Ltd. is a joint venture company which was established between the recycling specialist ALBA Group Asia and local solid waste management service provider Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited.
The HK SAR Government contracted with ALBA IWS to design and build an integrated waste management system, including collection arrangements and the construction of the WEEE · PARK, for processing of electrical and electronic waste (including refrigerators, TVs, computers, washing machines and air conditioners) into secondary raw materials while controlling the handling of hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the daily fleet management operations;
• Oversee the job-tracking and deployment of the fleet staff;
• Plan and manage computerized information systems for logistics control and record keeping;
• Develop and implement the standard operating procedures, service schedules, quality control, and continuous improvement programs;
• Evaluate contractor, vendor, and supplier contract performance;
• Manage subcontractors to achieve standards set out by the company;
• Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review;
• Work closely with customer service to eliminate customer complaints;
• Data entry, filling, follow up orders.

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of English and Cantonese native speaker
• Proactive, highly motivated, good interpersonal skills and good team player;
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
