Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
To be accountable for smooth operations of training and learning development activities including the administration of training records of the learning management system, training class scheduling, training and education sponsorship program, pre-training and post-training setup, follow up and consolidation.
Responsibilities:

• Administer the corporate learning management portals and apps on training class setup, materials order and attendance record

• Administer the training and education sponsorship program portal on training class fees and payments

• Take charge of scheduling both training classroom and online sessions

• Follow up with participants about the pre-training and post-training assignments

• Consolidate and produce training feedback evaluation reports

• Ensure smooth operations and orderliness of training venue, facilities and equipment

• Design and produce communication materials to arouse employee awareness and inform / update about various training and learning development activities

• Assist in logistics administration of annual talent management cycle

• Act as a facilitator of fundamental training modules

• Update and upload relevant information in company website on timely basis

YOUR PROFILE

• university degree in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines
• 3-5 years' relevant experience, experience in multinational corporations is an advantage
• good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• attentive to details, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple task
• possess can-do and proactive mindset to look for continuous improvements
• proficient in PC skills
• proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
