Job Description
Handle full set of legal and compliance affairs of the company
Provide advice to the business units and management on legal and compliance issues
Review, draft and assist in negotiation of commercial and financial agreements
Dispute resolutions
Provide legal and compliance support to the business units in various projects
Assist in preparing procurement documents
Handle enquiries from external supervisory institutions
Establish and monitor company policies and systems
Promote a culture of compliance within the company and conduct internal trainings
Filing of documents and other administrative duty of the team
Manage external legal counsels
Job Requirements
Bachelor or above in laws;
At least 3-year working experience in legal field, experience in corporate finance and international trading would be an advantage;
Mature and good at presentation skills;
Attentive to details and capable of multi-tasking;
Can work under pressure and ability to work independently;
A good team player with good working attitude and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage;
Good at Microsoft Words, Excels and Power Point.
