Legal Assistant (Ref: 240001BB)

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals, including arranging meetings, managing documentation, relevant filing system and records
  • Assist in liaison with internal and external parties as well as handling and co-ordinating a variety of legal matters for the team
Requirements
  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
  • Formal administrative or secretarial training is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the legal field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and Power Point
