• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
• Formal administrative or secretarial training is preferred
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the legal field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and Power Point
