Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company's operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and rules from regulatory bodies.
• Provide legal support and advice on litigation matters, particularly in Hong Kong and BVI jurisdictions.
• Maintain effective communication with external regulators, legal advisors, and consultants to manage legal compliance.
• Assist in managing legal risks and providing internal guidance to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Support in-house legal functions and collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and risks effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a law-related field.
• Possess a valid Hong Kong lawyer’s license.
• 15-20 years of legal work experience, including in-house legal experience.
• Proven litigation experience in both Hong Kong and BVI.
• This position is fully on-site, based in the Hong Kong office.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
