Responsibilities
  • 處理日常單位行政事務如櫃檯接待、回答外界查詢
  • 接待中心服務使用者(青年為主)及推動他們使用中心服務
  • 管理文件存檔、會議記錄
  • 處理單位財政記錄及交代工作
  • 採購、點存傢俱及文儀器材
  • 協助統籌單位服務資料的交付工作
  • 協助大型活動、特別事工的推行或中心主任委派的相關工作
  • 處理由督導指派的其他工作
  • 合約完結日:2025年5月31日
  • 工作時間:5天工作,每星期44⼩時,須輪班工作(包括晚上及星期六,而星期日或公眾假期則視乎需要)
  • 工作地點:荔枝角
Requirements
  • (i)完成中五會考課程或
  • (ii)完成中六中學文憑課程或
  • (iii)副學士、高級文憑或具同等學歷或以上程度
  • 良好溝通技巧、主動、有禮、有責任感及樂於青少年溝通
  • 具相關工作經驗優先
  • 熟悉使用MS Office
  • 熟悉電腦、網絡系統及音響操作更佳

  • The Association is a social welfare organization that provides professional services. The service targets include children and young people. Starting from December 1, 2011, employees are required to apply for a sexual conviction record check before entering employment.

  • The personal data provided in the application forms will be used for recruitment and other employment-related purposes.
