- Manage routine store administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of petty cash transactions and cashiering activities.
- Prepare daily documentation and reports related to store operations.
- Monitor sales performance regularly, tracking both overall store performance and individual staff performance.
- Coordinate the ordering of supplies and materials required for store operations.
- Undertake any other ad hoc projects assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury retail store operations support.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, with the ability to type in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent command of spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
