We, Solomon HR Solution is inviting the following talent for a luxury retail client in the fashion industry:

Marketing Executive (luxury retail) URGENT

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing & Communication Manager to coordinate and execute PR & marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events
• Organize PR samples & marketing materials
• Assist in organizing PR materials, media pitching and prepare monthly clipping reports
• Build and maintain relationship with media & KOL, product loan to press
• Assist in celebrities/KOL seeding and gifting plan
• Assist in planning social media calendar and managing official social media accounts
• Assist in communicating with landlords for in-mall promotions and photo/video shootings
• Coordinate with in-house designer and retail operations team
• Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis
• Manage SMS marketing and CRM programs
• Support all administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting & logistics etc

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Excellent command in written and spoken English & Chinese (good Mandarin)
• With 1-2 years of related experience in marketing in fashion / fashion related or PR agency with related experience
• Relevant network with fashion media & KOL in Hong Kong & experience in digital/social media is a plus
• Creative mindset, excellent communication & organizational skills
• Strong passion for fashion and brand marketing experience
• Able to work independently, pro-active, creative & detailed-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
