Duties:
(a) To assist in admission and operation duties during performances in Auditorium and Black Box Theatre;

(b) To assist in preparing weekly digital display materials;

(c) To provide customer services at the enquiry counter;

(d) To provide services, equipment and facilities to hirers and the public;

(e) To assist in enforcing standing house rules and regulations;

(f) To assist in performing crowd control duties;

(g) To call upon the services of cleaners when necessary in order to keep the venue clean and tidy;

(h) To assist in routine patrol inspection duties in order to keep the premises clean and tidy; and

i) To carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the venue management.
