What We Offer
The Revenue Marketing Senior Associate, based out of our Nasdaq Hong Kong office, will contribute to the overall growth of new business for the Financial Technology business in the APAC region through multi-channel, targeted marketing campaigns. Success will be measured based on defined KPIs including MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) count (quantity), MQL to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) conversion rate (quality), and pipeline contribution (overall value).

What You Will Do
The ideal candidate for this role is excited about demand generation, with experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing programs. You will need to be familiar with marketing best practices to facilitate consistent and impactful campaigns that drive qualified leads to our business partners. In this role, you will:
  • Drive demand generation: Implement high-impact integrated campaigns and programmatic prospect engagement based on the business’ growth strategy and key segments.
  • Strategy development: Build strategies to generate and convert the full spectrum of inbound and outbound demand.
  • Engage new buyers: Establish methods to engage new buyers and segments with our full suite of products by leveraging best practices in targeting, messaging and positioning.
  • Process Improvement: Develop processes, programs, and feedback loops that enable valuable, scalable, high impact prospect engagement.
  • Sales partnership: Partner with sales and business development representatives drive adoption and success of new business growth and ensure alignment of campaigns and communication.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage and analyze internal and external data sources to quickly react to regional trends and incorporate into the on-going campaign strategy.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute regional marketing campaigns, working closely with the sales teams and business stakeholders to identify regional trends.
  • KPI Tracking: Identify, track and report on progress of key marketing KPIs (leads, pipeline contribution, CW business influenced) and ongoing campaigns/projects.
  • Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams – performance marketing, content marketing, GTM marketing, brand & design, corporate communications and more to deliver a holistic experience to prospects.
  • Agency and Tech Stack Management: Work closely with 3rd party agencies and with the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and more.
  • Sales Pipeline Support: Support marketing’s contribution to sales pipeline through marketing generated leads and meaningfully contribute to the success of the business.

  • Stays up to date on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices
  • 3-5 years of work experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
  • Hybrid work model: at least 2 days in the office per week
