奢侈品銷售 - Luxury Sales Associate / Shop Supervisor (High incentives, 5 days work)

Our client is a luxury fashion brand founded in Milan. They are now seeking a high caliber to join their team as a Store Supervisor:
Job Descriptions:
  • Assist in sales and talent management. Ensure the store provides a luxurious and personalized shopping experience to the customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills, product knowledge and after sales services
  • Work closely with shop manager to motivate, coach and guide the shop team in achieving team & individual sales targets
  • Support daily store operations, including product display, inventory management and after sales services
Job Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above with hands-on luxury retail sales experience in management position
  • Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
