We are now looking for a talented Property Officer (Concierge) to be part of our dynamic team, reporting to the Concierge Manager.
- Providing professional concierge and property management services
- Liaising with relevant parties and departments
- Maintaining excellent rapport with residents
- Handling residents' complaints and enquiries
- Issuing maintenance reports, drafting notices and reply letters to residents as required
- HKDSE/ HKALE or above
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry
- MHKIH/MCIH; or actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH. Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel
- Willing to work on roster basis
