Job Responsibilities

Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling

Welcome guests at the main entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day taking particular note of repeat guests

Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services

Job Requirement

1 year experience in hotel Concierge operation

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline

Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills

Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
