Airline Operation Executive (Cargo / Control Center/ Aviation/ Airport) 18-22K

- Handle cargo space reservation, load plans, pre-flight and post-flight processes
- Monitor real-time network and commercial flights in collaboration with other Gateways.
- Ensure timely performance and efficient coordination with Airlines and Ground Handling Agents.
- Implement contingency measures as necessary to maintain operations under unexpected situations.
- Possession of a post-secondary education, with a diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in airport, airlines, express, international transportation, or freight forwarding
- Working experience in Airport is highly preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Putonghua being preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
- Willing to have shift duties
