Airline Operation Executive (Cargo / Control Center/ Aviation/ Airport) 18-22K

Responsibilities
  • Handle cargo space reservation, load plans, pre-flight and post-flight processes
  • Monitor real-time network and commercial flights in collaboration with other Gateways.
  • Ensure timely performance and efficient coordination with Airlines and Ground Handling Agents.
  • Implement contingency measures as necessary to maintain operations under unexpected situations.
Requirements
  • Possession of a post-secondary education, with a diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in airport, airlines, express, international transportation, or freight forwarding
  • Working experience in Airport is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Putonghua being preferred
  • Strong telephone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
  • Willing to have shift duties
