You'll feel right at home if you enjoy offering your guests excellent service and in accordance with food safety standards, like followings: 如果您樂於為賓客提供優質服務,並遵守食品安全標準,則會有賓至如歸的感覺,如以下各項:

Deliver and further develop operational delivery by ensuring quality service by assisting the Lounge Manager / Assistant Lounge Manager in training, developing and leading a well-briefed, motivated, guest-orientated;

Plan, supervise, deliver and present the food and beverages as per client food specification;

Supervise, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge;

Understand guest needs and make recommendations to exceed guest expectations;

Manage a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources (e.g. employee working hours, staff training, stores management) in close collaboration with the lounge team to deliver a superior product and services that delight all customers, and to ensure a smooth lounge operation;

Storage Monitoring;

Ad-hoc tasks are requested by management.

This refers somebody as our Lounge Supervisor at Airlines Lounges with at least these eight sets of characteristics: 這指的是我們 航空公司貴賓室的主管 ,至少要具備這八項特徵:

Post-secondary qualifications or above, with hospitalities knowledge is preferable

2 to 5 years’ relevant experience in Lounge/ Hotel / restaurant management and operations

Front of house and customer facing experience

Experience in supervising a team

An element of food experience

Highly motivated and Attention to detail

Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
