Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance programs for all plant equipment, control systems, and building services.
Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, skilled workers and engineers.
Work with other departments to arrrange maintenance schedule with minimal disruption to plant operations.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and longevity.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and spare parts.
Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Cultivate maintenance staff to adapt and promote safe work practices and environment.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, refractory installation, and repair services.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records and reports.
Develop and implement Management of Change (Mo C) program for CWTC.
Willing to work for ad-hoc job tasks if required

Requirements:
Degree or above in Electrical /Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or a related discipline
Member of professional institution preferred,(e.g.HKIE, IEE & IMech E)
At least 8 years experience in the maintenance of mechanical, instruments or electrical systems; with 3 years' experiences at supervisory level or above
Working experience in power plant or plant facility is preferred
Good communication, people management skills, detail-minded and responsive
Good leadership skill in manage maintenance team and subcontractors to conduct various maintenance tasks
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards in Hong Kong.
Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industrial automation systems such as Distribution Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or others will be beneficial.
Good command of spoken & written skills in both English and Chinese
Registered Electrical Workers with EMSD prefered
