Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of technical staff to operate, repair and maintain the building service systems of large residential, shopping malls and commercial building, providing day-to-day building maintenance management services to the site, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
A degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related disciplines

Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience

Exposure in property management business is a definite advantage

Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License A0 and Green Card is recommended

Strong leadership skills, a good team player, good communication skills and able to work effectively under high pressure

High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer
