Our client is seeking a dedicated Manager, Legal Entity Management to join their team at an established advisory and service firm with a presence in Hong Kong and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting, payroll, and pension advisory services, particularly in the context of multinational corporations (MNCs).

Responsibilities

Client Advisory : Provide expert advice to customers regarding pension schemes in Hong Kong and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.

System Design : lead the accounting team to collaborate with customers to design and implement effective accounting reporting systems tailored to their business needs.

Investment Management : Oversee the management of investment structures and governance processes for global investments across client’s group companies.

Financial Reporting : supervise the accounting team and consolidate financial reports for inhouse legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local taxation requirements and audit timelines.

Tax Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and completion of audits for client entities.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.

CPA holder

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managerial grade, preferably within a multinational corporation environment of advisory company.

In-depth understanding of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and other pension schemes in Hong Kong, as well as cross-border pension regulations is a must.

Familiar with legal entity management and governance processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English
