Assistant Manager, APM Operations
CONTRACT

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical departments to oversee the APM simulator project implementation for T2 Line (T2L), and serve as the representative from APM Operations to provide guidance and review the simulator design
- Review and provide feedback on the draft documents submitted by contractors to draft relevant T2L operations and emergency procedures for government authority’s approval
- Participate in T2L Testing & Commissioning to ensure that performance standards and reliability align with operational requirements
- Engage in the development of the APM Operation Controller (APMOC)’s training course and become one of the first batch of the qualified APMOCs for T2L
- Develop relevant training guidelines and acquire solid working experience in T2L to qualify as a T2L APMOC trainer
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years of working experience in airport operations or railway operations, including solid training experience for APM Operation Controllers
- A qualified APM Operation Controller is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Required to work on shift duties
