Senior Operation Officer, Terminal

- Support the team in operational planning, review service gaps, and work promptly with Passenger Handling Agent (PHA) /airline/ service contractor to devise and execute service enhancement initiatives and contingency plans
- Coordinate with PHA /airlines/ service contractor for implementation of self-check-in service, analyses the sage and review processes for service enhancements
- Manage self-check-in operation, monitor service contractors' performance according to the prescribed standards
- Liaise with cross-department and service contractors for operational readiness on the T2 self-check-in project to ensure smooth commissioning
- Assist in formulating and monitoring business and budget plans to ensure achievement of planned objectives and financial targets
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or other related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good analytical and negotiation skills with a strong sense of innovation and business acumen
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
