Marketing Assistant/ Officer (Wan Chai, 5-day work, up to 20K)

Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and campaign exposure across social media, e-shop, website, and app platforms
- Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain and manage the membership database, implementing promotional campaigns for members
- Prepare management reports and conduct regular analysis of campaign results
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, website, and app management is advantageous
- Strong team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
