Job Overview
We are a Hong Kong-based fashion brand seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales in a new market overseas, in Singapore. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and expertise in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute
marketing plans focused on clothing, aligning with our brand identity and
business objectives.
● Market Research: Conduct research to understand local consumer behavior
and fashion trends in a new market, identifying opportunities to tailor
campaigns effectively.
● Digital Marketing Oversight: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social
media, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring they resonate with
our target audience.
● Campaign Management: Design and manage innovative marketing
campaigns from concept to execution, with a focus on engaging the
streetwear community.
● Collaboration: Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure cohesive
and integrated marketing activities.
● Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring
efficient allocation of resources.
● Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to optimize
campaigns and report on their success.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business Administration, or related
field is preferred.
● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the fashion
industry is an advantage.
● Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
● Expertise in digital marketing, particularly within the fashion or streetwear
sector is highly preferred.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for streetwear.
● Strong project management and organizational skills.
