We are a Hong Kong-based fashion brand seeking an E-commerce Specialist to optimize our online sales experience for overseas customers, as we expand our business in Singapore. You will manage our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Platform Management: Oversee the company’s e-commerce platform,
ensuring smooth navigation and an intuitive user interface.
● SEO Strategies: Implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic
traffic and improve search rankings.
● Online Promotions: Execute and manage online promotions to drive sales
and enhance customer engagement.
● Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to refine the customer journey and
improve conversion rates.
● Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align
online sales efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or streetwear
industry will be a plus.
● Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
● Proficient in data analysis and familiar with e-commerce analytics tools.
● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
