The Role:
As a Monitoring Technician, you'll be at the forefront of managing projects involving instrumentation and monitoring (I&M) in construction. Based in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. (Nearest MTR station Lai Chi Kok) and at a local site office, this is an ideal position for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and take on responsibility early in their career.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Supervise geotechnical and structural instrumentation processes, including:
• Installation
• Calibration
• Data collection and analysis
• Working with the contractor to ensure monitoring instruments are functional and properly maintained.
• Develop and implement best practices for:
• Instrument installation
• Monitoring procedures
• Data reduction and interpretation
• Report on project progress and instrumentation performance to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
· A quick learner with a can-do attitude
· Self-starter who can take initiative and solve problems
· Excellent communication skills for client interaction
· Experience with geotechnical instrumentation (site experience a plus)
· Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn new tools
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification of a higher certificate in civil engineering or related subject
