Officer - HRIS

- Provide Tier 1 support for daily HRIS operations, focusing on assisting the global HR team.
- Support the HRIS Manager on projects and address system enhancement needs to ensure long-term solutions.
- Ensure the system's performance meets business requirements and complies with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide ongoing user support, addressing system-related queries and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors to diagnose and resolve system issues, optimize performance, and streamline processes through automation.
- Partner with the Global HR team to identify opportunities for system enhancements, including configuration, workflow improvements, and interface optimization.
- Contribute to HRIS projects such as system upgrades, module implementations, and user training programs.
- Assist in establishing a resource library to enhance team knowledge and support independent system handling.
- Support ad-hoc HRIS tasks and projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HRIS management or HR operations. (open to fresh graduate)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Officer - HRIS position.
