Senior Officer - Procurement & Quantity Surveying (HK)

- To perform cost planning, cost control, procurement assurance and management, construction cost management and consultant management in asset enhancement, operation and maintenance, for Hong Kong properties.
- Responsible for cost planning, cost control, central procurement implementation and management, construction cost management and consultant management in asset enhancement, operation and maintenance, for Hong Kong properties.
- Work independently and co-ordinate with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all project-related activities.
- Advise project team on cost-effective and value-added improvement works, project implementation and procurement practices.
- Liaise with various Departments and auditors in respect of contract administration, audit, compliance, financial matters etc.
- Coordinate the implementation of asset enhancement projects, engineering and repair/maintenance works.
- Monitor budget and cost for various projects.
- Consolidate procurement cases from user departments and examine for completeness of supporting documents and compliance to the company’s procurement policy.
- Process vendor registration to the company’s central vendor list, e.g. review vendor company profile, financial capability, license validity, etc. and prepare correspondents to vendors regarding registration matters.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
- Holder of membership of HKIS / RICS will be an advantage.
- At least 4 years in a full spectrum of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with experience in a consultancy firm, developer or asset management company.
- Work experiences in alteration and addition projects and building operation/repair/maintenance are necessary.
- Able to build and maintain a good working relationship with all project stakeholders.
- Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and fluent in Putonghua.
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Words, Excel & Power Point.
- Experiences in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamic 365 system will be an advantage.
