Responsibilities:
Execute various campus recruitment activities to align with young talent sourcing strategies

Design and develop effective communications, marketing and social media materials to facilitate young talent acquisition

Maintain effective communication and good relationship with universities, professional organizations, candidates and internal parties

Administer the assessment process and interview arrangement

Develop and update database to prepare various kinds of reports

Provide all-rounded administrative support, including budget administration, payment, logistics arrangement, etc.

Perform any other HR and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines

Minimum 2 years' relevant experiences in mass recruitment, campus marketing or event management

Experience in campus recruitment in sizable organizations is preferred

Strong command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties

Knowledge in graphic design software is an advantage
