We are looking for Operation Director / Chief Operating Officer / COO - with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to CEO

Manage Sales, Marketing & Operation teams and supervise the daily operations of different business entities;

Work with other management team members to achieve the short term and long term operational objectives of business growth and achieve key success;

Become the leader of the organization culture, demonstrate motivational leadership to lead all employees to maximum performance and dedication;

Define pragmatic business operating plans, strategies & procedures, and through strong execution to drive business efficiency.

Degree or above in business management or related disciplines;

MBA is a plus

10+ years management experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role in similar organizations/ industries;

Strategic thinking, industry research and judgment

Good understanding & practical exposure of business functions such as Technology, Electronic Digital Project & Change Management, IT, Procurement & Supplier Management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to articulate, coherently from conceptual discussions to complicated situations;

Excellent interpersonal skill to be able to build professional relationships and represent the business internally or externally;

Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
