Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations flow and provide general administrative support to frontline.
• Coordinate and follow up the projects for smooth of operations development, document control, establish the analysis reports and promotions activities for shops etc.
• To assist the Sales Team to provide full spectrum of operational and administrative support for shops.
• Any ad-hoc tasks for operations as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduation and with minimum 3 years retail operation and relevant experience preferable.
• Proficient in Ms Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Well organized, responsible and good interpersonal skills.
• Be strategic, passion in work, proactive, mentality, creative and details mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
