Main Responsibilities

�Formulate, update, amend, and implement policy and procedures on ORM, BCP and OR.
�Provide support in implementing the ORM, BCP and OR framework, ensuring proper execution of related activities.
�Support to manage the Bank� daily ORM, BCP and OR work across various business units, provide guidance to business and supporting units on ORM, BCP and OR implementation.
�Participate in investigation and mitigation actions of actual and potential operational risk events or crisis, enhancing associated management plans, and conveying lessons learned analysis in order to enforce ORM practices effectively.
�Maintain the Bank� business recovery capabilities and hence minimize operational risk exposure by executing tasks according to the respective ORM framework and polices.
�Review risk assessments of new products/services and outsourced activities, provide comments on the impact on the Bank's operational risk profile to minimize operational risk exposure.
�Compile ORM, BCP and OR reports, MI, dashboards, and metrics for management, head offices and meeting materials.
�Design, plan and coordinate internal training for staff to enhance knowledge of ORM, BCP and OR.
�Assist the supervisor to coach the junior staff in the team.
�Any other projects/tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

�Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management or related disciplines.
�Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operational risk management or business continuity gained from Banking industry or FIs.
�Familiar with banking / FIs operations in multiple business areas including but not limited to transactional banking, treasury, credit & lending, wealth management & private banking.
�Sound analytical and local thinking skill with hands on statistics analysis / MIS reporting experience.
�Sound interpersonal and communications skills.
