Assess the customer’s Property Value, Credit Bureau Report etc. to recommend approval decision for Mortgage / Property related loan applications
Process credit applications according to credit policies and underwriting standards
Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan
Develop, prepare and review regular Credit MIS to monitor portfolio KPIs and devise management actions
Provide policies / risk operation administrations to support the daily risk control function to execute the risk management strategies of the company
Provide supports to other divisions including AML & compliance control function(s)

Requirements:
University degree holder, preferably in accounting, finance, legal or risk management related discipline
Experience in loan approval / portfolio management of property-related lending business in financial institution / bank is preferred
Detail-minded with good communication skills
Legal / real estate background is an advantage
