Responsible for lending acquisition activities
Meet and exceed loan target assigned
Take proactive role to solicit sales from both referral and phone in enquiries.
Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times
Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Professional telephone manner and good communication skills
Excellent team management capability
Aggressive, proactive with an outgoing personality
2 years of working experience in related field is preferred
