The Department
The Customer Strategy, Insights, and Innovation (CSII) Division is dedicated to cultivating customer-centric capabilities across the Club ecosystem and shaping customer strategies that drive business growth. Through a data-driven approach, the Division strives to achieve a 360-degree understanding and insights of owners, members and wagering customers, enabling the seamless design of end-to-end customer experiences across online and offline channels (Racecourses and Off-course Betting Branches). This is achieved by integrating Clubwide customer data onto a unified platform, creating a single view of our customers that empowers us to deliver personalised offers and unique experiences.
The Job
You will
  • Supporting VOC teams in managing and analyzing customer feedback data
  • Consolidate, clean, and translate customer verbatim collected from various channels
  • Develop and apply robust coding frameworks to categorize qualitative customer feedback
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of VOC data collection processes across different physical and digital channels
About You
You should have
  • Secondary graduated
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Terms of Employment
Pay-rate
    HK$83 per hour


Working Schedule
    Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00 (Ideally Mon & Thu)
    Average 2 days per week*
  • Actual working hours would depend on operational needs.
