Part-time Assistant Programme Executive (Projects)

- Support supervisors to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of services for multi-cultural communities.
- Organize and execute the services, trainings, and activities to the target population to provide social support.
- Provide administrative support in different community services to ensure the efficient operation.
- Organize the trainings and activities related statistics regularly for service evaluation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Secondary graduate or equivalent (completion of HKCEE in or before 2011; completion of HKDSE from 2012 onwards).
- Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Good command in written and spoken English, preferably know simple Chinese.
- Good command in Urdu/ Hindi/ Nepali is an advantage
- Willing to communicate with others as well as working independently.
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Fringe Benefits:
Rest days (no pay), statutory holidays and annual leave, sick leave and other fringe benefits in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Hong Kong Red Cross Conditions of Service, policies, practices or regulations.
Contract Period: 3 months
