Blend & Grind, a Specialty Coffee, Brunch & Cocktails location in Kennedy Town are looking to recruit a Part Time Barista to join our team on Adhoc basis . The focus of the role is around customer engagement and building connections with regular customers, Key skills will be a fast learner and positive attitude.
Full time position available with an immediate start, your role will include:
- Basic knowledge about coffee, cocktails and cashier as you will need to assist in daily operation of Café including making coffee, smoothies, Cocktails and operation of the till.
- Responsible that all orders are promptly prepared, with optimal freshness and quality with a high focus on presentation.
- Been able to follow set recipes from the group Bar Manager.
- Performing administrative tasks such as taking stock of food/beverage and creating purchase orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Bar area.
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service to customers.
- 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry.
- 2 Years Barista experince a must.
- Familiar with working in a small team and ability to work under pressure.
- Well-organised, good planning, self-motivated and positive work attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skill, dependability, flexibility, multi-tasking, and teamwork are needed.
- Fluent in spoken English
Requirements:
Hong Kong working visa.
Preferred:
Barista experience

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
