The Role
Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or above in Psychology, Education, Human Development and Family Science, Counseling Psychology, Inclusive/Special Education, or a related discipline. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Preference will be given to those with solid experience in supporting the implementation of research projects such as conducting literature review, performing complex statistical analyses (e.g., structural equation modelling, latent growth curve modelling, and latent profile analyses) via different statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, and MPlus), preparing reports, and supporting in data collection activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
The appointee will provide support on projects about psychological resources that facilitate STEM learning, well-being, and flourishing among children, adolescents, and adults. He/she will be responsible for coordinating and conducting project-related activities such as literature search, data collection, data analysis; collaborating with junior researchers and doctoral students; writing research reports and articles; and perform other duties as assigned.
