Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documents.
Upload personnel documents to the e-filing system.
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Manage the storage of HR documents.
Support in updating and maintaining personnel records.
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Experienced in efficiently uploading and managing large-scale documents.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately update and maintain personnel records.
Proficient in preparing and processing HR-related documents.
Familiarity with best practices in document storage and management.
Excellent clerical and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexible in taking on ad-hoc tasks to support the HR team as needed.
Commitment to the project duration (approximately 3 months).
Immediate availability preferred.
Working hours: 8-9 hours a day (including a 1-hour lunch break), 5 days per week.
