Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documents.
  • Upload personnel documents to the e-filing system.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Manage the storage of HR documents.
  • Support in updating and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Experienced in efficiently uploading and managing large-scale documents.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately update and maintain personnel records.
  • Proficient in preparing and processing HR-related documents.
  • Familiarity with best practices in document storage and management.
  • Excellent clerical and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible in taking on ad-hoc tasks to support the HR team as needed.
  • Commitment to the project duration (approximately 3 months).
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Working hours: 8-9 hours a day (including a 1-hour lunch break), 5 days per week.
