Job Description

Develop, coach, and provide development opportunities for team members and manage the team’s productivity to increase efficiency.
Strengthen Allianz’s reputation and branding in the industry by providing exceptional customer service to meet customer expectations.
Streamline the workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness, improving client service and complying with the process guidelines, and target turnaround time.
Manage the customer's relationship including business partners, agencies, or brokers.
Collaborate with Customer Services, Compliance, Claims and Underwriting teams in providing necessary supports in daily operations.
Responsible for high level system monitoring on policy administration tasks to ensure compliance with standard procedures and service level agreements.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
University degree and accredited insurance professional qualification will be an advantage.
Experience in general insurance policy operation with experience in a supervisory role will be an advantage.
Customer-oriented, proactive and process driven, able to work under pressure;
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power Point & Word.
Proficient in Chinese and English spoken and written expressions.
Immediate availability is highly preferred
IIQE Paper I,II/LOMA is a must
