The ITA team of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service works to contribute toward a better and more respectable life by adopting gerontechnology in social service and the community. The ITA promotes cross-disciplinary collaboration and co-creation in driving technology development and application, intending to enhance the well-being, quality of life, independence and self-reliance of the elderly, caregivers and healthcare staff.

Programme Executive (Ref no: HKCSS/101/2024)

Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:
Input data and maintain a range of databases and spreadsheets to aid the storage and retrieval of electronic documents.

Maintain detailed records and filing systems.

Record and distribute correspondence, emails, and incoming mail/post; monitor and manage electronic mailboxes; deal with routine correspondence accurately and promptly; forward relevant information to appropriate staff.

Organize and provide support for meetings, events, and visits, including issuing papers and responding to any queries.

Record information to support the production of minutes and draft minutes.

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above;

Proficient in English with good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Putonghua will be advantageous.

Proficient in MS Office, with fast and accurate word-processing skills in English and Chinese

Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

Experience in administrative support for social services, service coordination, project management, and/or community development preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Meticulous and maintain focus on repetitive tasks as a part of the team

5-day work per week . 15-day annual leave.
